Privacy: there's nothing to tell, and here's the long version.

What we collect
Nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no crash reporters, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no servers of ours in the loop. Neither app ever phones home — with one narrow exception when you buy a license, described under Buying a license.
How band mode works
Your Mac hosts the show itself, on your local network. Browsers and Player apps connect directly to that Mac — over your WiFi, or peer-to-peer between devices. Everything below stays inside the room:
- The name you type when joining is shown to the host and the other players so the band knows who's in. It travels to the host Mac only, and is remembered on your own device for next time.
- Score pages, annotations, and live ink stream from the host Mac to the players in the room. They never pass through the internet.
- The Player app caches pages on your device so a WiFi dropout doesn't cost you the chart. The cache is yours: deleting the app deletes it.
Your scores
PDFs, setlists, annotation layers, and everything else the Mac app touches stay on your Mac (and inside your own network during a show). We never see, receive, or store your music.
Buying a license
The 14-day trial keeps no records anywhere but your own Mac — no email, no registration, nothing sent. We genuinely don't know you're trying it.
When checkout opens, purchases run on Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They process your payment under their privacy policy and email you a license key; what we receive is that email address and key, kept to deliver the license and answer support mail — never for marketing. Entering the key makes one round trip to Lemon Squeezy to activate it, and that is the only network request the Mac app ever makes. After that it never checks again: no periodic validation, no phone-home, and band mode stays pure LAN.
This site
No cookies, no analytics, no third-party embeds. If you email us to be notified at launch, we keep that address for exactly that purpose and nothing else; one line back and it's gone.
Changes
If any of this ever changes, this page changes first, with the date above bumped. Given the design — no servers, no accounts — don't expect drama.
